Face Sculp
Effective Date: March 11, 2026 Last Updated: March 11, 2026 These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Face Sculp mobile application ("App"), provided by the developer ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Face Sculp is an AI-powered face editing application that uses on-device face detection and 2D mesh warping technology to provide natural, surgery-grade facial adjustments. All image processing is performed locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The App offers the following tiers: • Free: Limited access with daily feature restrictions and advertisements. • Basic: Expanded access to features with reduced advertisements. • Pro: Full access to all features, including premium sub-parameter controls. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's store settings.
You retain all ownership rights to photos and images you process using the App. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. All photo processing occurs locally on your device — we never access, collect, store, or transmit your photos. You represent that you have the right to use any photos you process and that your use does not violate any third party's rights.
The App, including its design, code, algorithms, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
You agree not to: • Use the App to create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content, including deepfakes intended to deceive others. • Use the App to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any person. • Process images of other persons without their consent. • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App's services. • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

Face Sculp은 AI 기반 얼굴 편집 애플리케이션으로, 온디바이스 얼굴 인식 및 2D 메시 워핑 기술을 사용하여 자연스럽고 정교한 얼굴 보정을 제공합니다. 모든 이미지 처리는 귀하의 기기에서 로컬로 수행됩니다. 귀하의 사진은 당사 서버 또는 제3자 서버에 업로드되지 않습니다.
본 앱을 이용하려면 만 13세 이상이어야 합니다. 만 18세 미만인 경우, 부모 또는 법정 대리인이 본 약관을 검토하고 귀하를 대신하여 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 앱을 이용함으로써 귀하는 이러한 자격 요건을 충족함을 보증합니다.
앱은 다음과 같은 요금제를 제공합니다: • 무료: 일일 기능 제한 및 광고가 포함된 제한적 접근. • Basic: 광고가 감소된 확장 기능 접근. • Pro: 프리미엄 세부 매개변수 제어를 포함한 모든 기능에 대한 전체 접근. 구독은 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 청구됩니다. 결제는 구매 확인 시 스토어 계정으로 청구됩니다. 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 취소하지 않는 한 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 기기의 스토어 설정을 통해 구독을 관리하거나 취소할 수 있습니다.
귀하는 앱을 사용하여 처리한 사진 및 이미지에 대한 모든 소유권을 보유합니다. 당사는 귀하의 콘텐츠에 대한 지적 재산권을 주장하지 않습니다. 모든 사진 처리는 귀하의 기기에서 로컬로 수행되며, 당사는 귀하의 사진에 접근, 수집, 저장 또는 전송하지 않습니다. 귀하는 처리하는 사진에 대한 사용 권한이 있으며, 귀하의 이용이 제3자의 권리를 침해하지 않음을 보증합니다.
앱의 디자인, 코드, 알고리즘, 상표 및 모든 관련 지적 재산권은 당사에 귀속되며 관련 지적 재산권 법률에 의해 보호됩니다. 귀하는 앱의 어떤 부분도 복사, 수정, 배포, 판매 또는 임대할 수 없으며, 소스 코드를 역설계하거나 추출을 시도할 수 없습니다.
귀하는 다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다: • 타인을 기만할 목적의 딥페이크를 포함하여, 기만적이거나 사기적이거나 오해를 유발하는 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위해 앱을 사용하는 행위. • 타인을 괴롭히거나, 명예를 훼손하거나, 프라이버시를 침해하기 위해 앱을 사용하는 행위. • 타인의 동의 없이 타인의 이미지를 처리하는 행위. • 앱의 서비스를 방해하거나, 중단시키거나, 무단으로 접근을 시도하는 행위. • 관련 법률 또는 규정을 위반하는 방식으로 앱을 사용하는 행위.
앱은 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성 및 비침해에 대한 묵시적 보증을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 명시적 또는 묵시적 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다. 당사는 앱이 중단 없이, 오류 없이 또는 바이러스나 기타 유해한 구성 요소 없이 작동할 것을 보증하지 않습니다.
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 당사는 보증, 계약, 불법행위 또는 기타 법적 이론에 기반하여 앱의 이용과 관련하여 발생하는 간접적, 우발적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해(이익, 데이터 또는 사용 손실을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않음)에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 본 약관 또는 앱과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 청구에 대한 당사의 총 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 귀하가 당사에 지불한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다.
귀하는 앱에 대한 접근 또는 이용, 본 약관의 위반, 또는 제3자의 권리 침해와 관련하여 발생하는 모든 청구, 책임, 손해, 손실 및 비용(합리적인 변호사 비용 포함)에 대해 당사 및 당사의 관계사를 면책하고 방어하며 해가 없도록 할 것에 동의합니다.
당사는 언제든지 본 약관을 수정할 권리를 보유합니다. 중요한 변경 사항이 있는 경우 앱 내에 업데이트된 약관을 게시하거나 기타 합리적인 방법을 통해 통지합니다. 개정된 약관의 시행일 이후에도 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
당사는 귀하가 본 약관을 위반하는 경우를 포함하여 어떠한 사유로든 사전 통지나 책임 없이 언제든지 귀하의 앱 접근을 종료하거나 정지할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 앱 이용 권한은 즉시 소멸됩니다. 본 약관 중 그 성격상 종료 후에도 존속해야 하는 조항은 존속합니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다. 본 약관과 관련하여 발생하는 모든 분쟁은 대한민국 법원의 전속 관할에 따릅니다.

本应用提供以下订阅等级： • 免费版：功能有限，包含每日使用限制和广告。 • 基础版：扩展功能访问，广告减少。 • 专业版：完整访问所有功能，包括高级子参数控制。 订阅通过 Apple App Store 或 Google Play Store 计费。购买确认时将从您的商店账户扣款。除非在当前周期结束前至少24小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。您可以通过设备的商店设置管理或取消订阅。
您保留使用本应用处理的照片和图像的所有所有权。我们不主张对您的内容拥有任何知识产权。所有照片处理均在您的设备上本地进行——我们绝不访问、收集、存储或传输您的照片。 您声明您有权使用所处理的任何照片，且您的使用不侵犯任何第三方的权利。
本应用，包括其设计、代码、算法、商标及所有相关知识产权，均归我们所有，并受适用知识产权法律保护。您不得复制、修改、分发、出售或出租本应用的任何部分，也不得对其进行逆向工程或试图提取源代码。
您同意不会： • 使用本应用创建欺骗性、欺诈性或误导性内容，包括旨在欺骗他人的深度伪造内容。 • 使用本应用骚扰、诽谤或侵犯任何人的隐私。 • 未经他人同意处理他人的图像。 • 试图干扰、破坏或未经授权访问本应用的服务。 • 以违反适用法律或法规的任何方式使用本应用。
本应用以"现状"和"可用状态"提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的默示保证。我们不保证本应用将不间断运行、无错误或不含病毒或其他有害组件。
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因您使用本应用而产生或与之相关的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任，包括但不限于利润、数据或使用损失，无论是基于保证、合同、侵权还是任何其他法律理论。 我们因本条款或本应用产生或与之相关的任何索赔的总责任不超过您在索赔前十二（12）个月内向我们支付的金额。

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。如有重大变更，我们将通过在应用内发布更新条款或其他合理方式通知您。修订条款生效日期后您继续使用本应用即构成您对变更的接受。
我们可以出于任何原因（包括您违反本条款的情况），在不事先通知或承担责任的情况下，随时终止或暂停您对本应用的访问。终止后，您使用本应用的权利将立即终止。本条款中按其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款将继续有效。
本条款受大韩民国法律管辖并依其解释，不考虑其法律冲突条款。因本条款产生或与之相关的任何争议应受大韩民国法院的专属管辖。

Al descargar, instalar o usar la Aplicación, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice la Aplicación.
Face Sculp es una aplicación de edición facial impulsada por inteligencia artificial que utiliza detección facial en el dispositivo y tecnología de deformación de malla 2D para proporcionar ajustes faciales naturales y de precisión quirúrgica. Todo el procesamiento de imágenes se realiza localmente en su dispositivo. Sus fotos nunca se suben a nuestros servidores ni a servidores de terceros.
Debe tener al menos 13 años de edad para usar esta Aplicación. Si es menor de 18 años, usted declara que su padre o tutor legal ha revisado y aceptado estos Términos en su nombre. Al usar la Aplicación, usted declara y garantiza que cumple con estos requisitos de elegibilidad.
La Aplicación ofrece los siguientes niveles: • Gratuito: Acceso limitado con restricciones diarias de funciones y publicidad. • Básico: Acceso ampliado a funciones con publicidad reducida. • Pro: Acceso completo a todas las funciones, incluidos los controles premium de subparámetros. Las suscripciones se facturan a través de Apple App Store o Google Play Store. El pago se carga a su cuenta de la tienda al confirmar la compra. Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del final del período vigente. Puede administrar o cancelar sus suscripciones a través de la configuración de la tienda de su dispositivo.
Usted conserva todos los derechos de propiedad sobre las fotos e imágenes que procesa con la Aplicación. No reclamamos ningún derecho de propiedad intelectual sobre su contenido. Todo el procesamiento de fotos ocurre localmente en su dispositivo — nunca accedemos, recopilamos, almacenamos ni transmitimos sus fotos. Usted declara que tiene derecho a usar las fotos que procesa y que su uso no viola los derechos de terceros.
La Aplicación, incluyendo su diseño, código, algoritmos, marcas comerciales y toda la propiedad intelectual relacionada, es de nuestra propiedad y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. Usted no puede copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender ni arrendar ninguna parte de la Aplicación, ni puede realizar ingeniería inversa o intentar extraer el código fuente.
Usted se compromete a no: • Usar la Aplicación para crear contenido engañoso, fraudulento o confuso, incluyendo deepfakes destinados a engañar a otros. • Usar la Aplicación para acosar, difamar o violar la privacidad de cualquier persona. • Procesar imágenes de otras personas sin su consentimiento. • Intentar interferir, interrumpir u obtener acceso no autorizado a los servicios de la Aplicación. • Usar la Aplicación de cualquier manera que viole las leyes o regulaciones aplicables.
LA APLICACIÓN SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, YA SEAN EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTRAS, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN PARTICULAR Y NO INFRACCIÓN. NO GARANTIZAMOS QUE LA APLICACIÓN FUNCIONARÁ SIN INTERRUPCIONES, SIN ERRORES O LIBRE DE VIRUS U OTROS COMPONENTES DAÑINOS.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, NO SEREMOS RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, INCLUYENDO, ENTRE OTROS, LA PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, DATOS O USO, QUE SURJAN DE O ESTÉN RELACIONADOS CON SU USO DE LA APLICACIÓN, YA SEA BASADO EN GARANTÍA, CONTRATO, AGRAVIO U OTRA TEORÍA LEGAL. Nuestra responsabilidad total por cualquier reclamación que surja de o esté relacionada con estos Términos o la Aplicación no excederá el monto que usted nos haya pagado en los doce (12) meses anteriores a la reclamación.
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemnes a nosotros y nuestros afiliados frente a cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad, daño, pérdida y gasto (incluidos los honorarios razonables de abogados) que surjan de o estén relacionados de algún modo con su acceso o uso de la Aplicación, su violación de estos Términos o su infracción de los derechos de terceros.
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Le notificaremos los cambios sustanciales publicando los Términos actualizados dentro de la Aplicación o a través de otros medios razonables. Su uso continuado de la Aplicación después de la fecha de vigencia de los Términos revisados constituye su aceptación de los cambios.
Podemos terminar o suspender su acceso a la Aplicación en cualquier momento, sin previo aviso ni responsabilidad, por cualquier motivo, incluyendo si usted incumple estos Términos. Tras la terminación, su derecho a usar la Aplicación cesará inmediatamente. Todas las disposiciones de estos Términos que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir a la terminación seguirán vigentes.
Estos Términos se regirán e interpretarán de acuerdo con las leyes de la República de Corea, sin considerar sus disposiciones sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa que surja de o esté relacionada con estos Términos estará sujeta a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de la República de Corea.
